Chloé Pfeiffer graduated from École Polytechnique and École des Ponts ParisTech. She began her professional career in 2003 working on industrial projects at Pechiney, then spent three years in internal audit at Renault internationally before joining the energy sector.

She first joined Engie in late 2007 as Executive Secretary to the Chief Financial Officer, where she helped prepare the merger between Gaz de France and Suez.

Following this, she became a Senior Business Developer in photovoltaic solar energy, working on the group’s solar strategy and the integration of upstream activities, and later successfully developing commercial offerings and creating a subsidiary.

In 2014, she joined the EDF Group through Enedis, where she led European “smart grid” projects and later worked on the company’s digital transformation as Director of Digital Innovation.

In 2019, she was appointed Director of Enedis Paris and led preparations for the Olympic Games.

In March 2023, she was appointed Project Manager for the corporate strategy under the EDF Group’s presidency.

Since July 1, 2023, she has been leading the Group’s Executive Coordination (Office of the President).
