After nearly 10 years at the helm of Dalkia, Sylvie JEHANNO has been called to take on new responsibilities within the EDF Group.
EDF would like to thank Sylvie JEHANNO and her teams for the significant work they have accomplished, which has notably enabled Dalkia to become the leading district heating network operator in France (340 networks out of 1,040) and to win the Paris tender; to double in size while expanding its international footprint (United Kingdom, Poland, Middle East and United States); to successfully drive its digital transformation; and to establish itself as a key and committed player in the decarbonisation of buildings and industry..
At the same time, a new strategic cycle is beginning for Dalkia in the context of the EDF Group’s strong ambition to accelerate the electrification of energy uses.
In this context, EDF is proposing the implementation of a new governance structure for its subsidiary. Subject to approval by the Board of Directors on September 16, 2026, with immediate effect, the following appointments will be proposed:
• Béatrice BIGOIS, EDF Group Executive Director in charge of the Customers, Services and Regions Division, as Chairwoman of Dalkia’s Board of Directors;
• Lionel ZECRI, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
Supporting customers in the electrification of their energy uses is a major pillar of the EDF Group’s strategy. In the coming months, Dalkia’s leadership team will implement a new strategic plan aimed at advancing this ambition.
