Simplified public tender offer and squeeze-out for EDF's shares
No Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 14 June 2023 in Salle Pleyel
As indicated in the notice of meeting, the modalities for holding the Annual General Meeting were subject to adjustment depending on the date of implementation of the squeeze-out.
The implementation of the squeeze-out on 8 June 2023 resulted in the transfer to the French State of the shares not tendered to the simplified tender offer initiated by the French State, and the delisting of EDF shares from the stock exchange. As the French State now holds all of the EDF’s share capital and voting rights of EDF, former EDF shareholders will not be entitled to participate in the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
