Shareholders' Meeting (May 19, 2015)
The Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting deliberates on agenda items, generally established by the Board of Directors.Each shareholder shall hold the same number of votes as the number of shares with voting rights he owns or represents, in accordance with the ‘one share = one vote' principle. As of 3 April 2016, in compliance with Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code, as amended by Law no. 2014-384 of 29 March 2014 aiming at recapturing the real economy, known as the "Florange Act", fully paid-up shares for which it is justified that they were held in a registered form in the name of the same shareholder for at least 2 years, are automatically granted double voting rights.
The Annual Shareholders' Meeting was held on May 19, 2015, at 10:00 AM in Paris (Carrousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris).

Votaccess is an online service which allows you to to print your admission card, vote or give a proxy. Communications are encrypted to ensure voting confidentiality.
When can I vote?
The possibility of taking part by internet is suspended the day before the Shareholders' Meeting.
How can I vote?
- For your bearer shares You can use Votaccess if your financial intermediary offers you this service. Log on to the "stock market" portal of your financial intermediary and follow the instructions to access Votaccess.
- For your issuer-managed registered shares Log on to the Planetshares website http://planetshares.bnpparibas.com using the ID number and password that you normally use to view your account. Click on the "Attend the Shareholders' Meeting" icon and follow the instructions.
- For your bank-managed registered shares On your printed voting form enclosed with the convening brochure, you will find your ID in the top righthand. It will enable you to access the Planetshares website: http://planetshares.bnpparibas.com. If you do not have - or no longer have - your password for Planetshares:> No password: click in the top right-hand on "First connection?" and follow the instructions.> No longer any password: click on "I forgot my password?" and follow the instructions. With the ID and password, go to the "Attend the Shareholders' Meeting" area and follow the instructions.
