Nuclear output

Nuclear output is a key indicator of the operational performance of EDF. This section presents the output data in France and in the UK, to follow the evolution of the nuclear fleet and its contribution to the group generation mix.

Nuclear output in June 2026 amounted to 27.4TWh, up by 1.2TWh vs June 2025.

Since the beginning of the year, cumulative annual output was 189.4TWh, up by 7.6TWh compared to 2025. This is due to the roll-out of the 2026 outages, as planned and to the good availability of the reactors in operation.

Hydro output, by being a renewable, manageable and flexible energy, contributes to the EDF’s energy mix balance. This section presents the output data in France, with a distinction between monthly and cumulative data, to track trends in the hydro activity.
