Taking care of the teams is essential

Performance is worthless without care. We place your safety and health on the same level as your skills. And because no collective ambition can succeed without individual attention, you'll thrive in an environment where you're cared for. And everyone can, in turn, make a difference.

Health and safety, the top priority

The safety of women and men in the company is everyone's responsibility. In 2021, we made a non-negotiable commitment: to eliminate fatal accidents throughout the Group. We are working together towards this goal – in every team, at every site, at every moment.

What unites us? Shared vigilance. Daring to speak up (and accepting to be questioned), sharing best practices, listening… It's not a question of status or position, but of mutual attention, shared responsibility, and respect.

Let's act for your health and safety, all together.

Whether you're on a construction site, in a power plant, in an office, or working remotely, you must be able to do your job with complete confidence.
Health—physical, mental, and environmental—is an integral part of our responsibility as an employer. And we address it in a comprehensive, sustainable, and collaborative way.
It's this cross-functional approach, embedded in our daily work, that allows us to continuously improve. Because the health and safety of every employee is invaluable. And it's at the heart of our collective commitment.

Solidarity is a contract

At EDF, we are there for others. Our community support programs are rooted in action. They are lived out every day, in the field, in projects, and within our teams.

Our values of solidarity extend beyond the Group. The EDF Group Foundation supports inspiring community projects in the fields of education, culture, the environment, and science.

Its ambition? To ensure that everyone has access to the same opportunities, the same light. And that young people can dream big, no matter where they come from.

Taking action for those who need it most

The EDF FAPE (Action for Employment Fund), financed by donations from the Group's employees and retirees and matched 200% by the company, supports hundreds of integration projects each year for people facing difficulties or who are far removed from the job market.

In 2023, for example, it supported 105 integration projects and helped create or consolidate 1,800 jobs thanks to the solidarity of employees and retirees and the commitment of EDF.
