I am Thomas Piquemal, EDF Group CFO and I' m here with Dominique Minière, the head of the French nuclear operations and together we will walk you through our figures and highlights of the last quarter.

As you are well aware we recorded several achievements in 2012 and at the beginning of 2013; in particular in respect of the Group balance sheet... As you know also, looking forward... You all know the issue; the generation component of the tariff has been declining in real terms over the past three years while our maintenance CAPEX in our generation fleet has been steadily increasing.

Thank you for being here... I suppose that, given all the recent developments, you will have a lot of questions to ask us... As you know, for 3 years, we have proven our capacity to solve, one by one, the main issues that were weighing on the future of EDF... Of course I will not draw up an exhaustive list of such issues since you know them already. 2012 was no exception to the rule.

I am Thomas Piquemal, EDF Group CFO, and I will provide you now with an overview of our latest developments and quarterly revenue trends.

1 EDF First Quarter 2014 Sales and Highlights Thomas PIQUEMAL Group Senior Executive Vice President Finance, EDF Thomas PIQUEMAL Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you very much for attending this conference call. As you know, we only disclose sales numbers on a quarterly basis... after having walked you through this short slide pack that you' ve just received.

We believe that we still have room for improvement on this front even if, as you can tell from the dark blue box, there is improvement on a quarterly basis compared to last year... You know that mid-term our availability factor target is 85 %; that' s where we will find the additional availability factor points.

Let me walk you through our nine-month 2018 sales, starting with the main highlights over the period... as you can see, when excluding FOREX and scope effects... On the left-hand side of the chart, you can see that these additional wholesale market sales were essential sourced from higher nuclear and hydro output.

Thank you so much for being here... Our results, which you have been able to look over rapidly, are quite solid... Even so, EDF remains loyal to its bywords, which you know already: performance, clarification, investment and jobs... This demonstrates the value of our diversified mix, as French nuclear output, as you now know, was penalised by a high number of 10- year inspections (seven vs. six in 2012) and by a very busy maintenance schedule.

The Group management, all of whom are here today, is pleased to welcome you and will, of course, be happy to answer any questions you may have... We will briefly run through these, then Thomas will go into the figures in detail and Jean Paul Bouttes, head of strategy will talk to you about renewable energy.
