"We are happy to see more international companies such as EDF joining the Masdar led consortium for the 800 megawatt (MW) third phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum solar park, which will be constructed based on the IPP model to achieve sustainable development .The Solar Park has attracted the interest of global business and energy companies, which reflects the trust and interest from international investors in large projects adopted by Dubai Government, encouraged by the favourable existing regulatory and legislative frameworks in Dubai that enable public private partnerships.

In this talk, we introduce a procedure for measuring the similarity between graph structured data, based on the time evolution of a quantum system... We study analytically the procedure and illustrate its versatility in providing links to standard classical approaches. We then show numerically that this scheme performs well compared to standard graph kernels on typical benchmark datasets.

The Government will support new nuclear power stations as we move to a low carbon future. Hinkley Point C will kick start this and is expected to be followed by more nuclear power stations, including Sizewell in Suffolk and Bradwell in Essex.

I will now focus on highlights and actions that we have taken recently, especially in respect of active asset liability management and on our US platform, following the agreement with Constellation... Firstly, we completed, according to the announced timing, the UK Distribution Networks to CKI, and this transaction will result in an important debt reduction of 6 7 billion, well above the 5 billion commitment taken by EDF in February 2010.
