I know that it is a busy morning today so I will walk you quickly through our third quarter sales so that we can spend a bit more time with Philippe Sasseigne, who is here with me today... I will also spend some time providing you with more information on the potential transaction with Dalkia that we recently announced and confirm our full-year target for 2013.

First, on the CSPE receivable issue, let me say that we have several options which are currently under review... You will certainly remember that we mentioned that at the time of the release of our H1 2012 results. late July, that we were targeting a decline of nuclear output in 2012 versus 2011 because of the greater number of planned outages in H1 2012 and extended outages.

We believe that we still have room for improvement on this front even if, as you can tell from the dark blue box, there is improvement on a quarterly basis compared to last year. Our results show that we have fulfilled all of our commitments. In particular, EBITDA in 2015 grew 3 9 % in organic terms, in line with the upgraded guidance that we issued at the end of 2015... May I remind everybody that while we are at 15g of carbon, the European average is at 325g, 20 times more, due mostly to differences in the electricity mix.

37 outages out of 47 and in this context our 2014 target range for nuclear output is confirmed between 410 and to 415 TWh and we are confident that we can reach the upper end of that range... We considered that result and decided following agreement with our external regulator. ONR, to remove that boiler from service and return that unit to service at the end of 2013 on three quadrant operation whilst we prepared for a detailed inspection program that would require in vessel reactor entry.

But we managed this weather effect, and today I can confirm our targets for 2014, and I can also confirm that we are progressing well on delivering our 2014 2018 vision for cash flows... a comprehensive agreement including the fact that we received a special dividend of $ 400 million... compared as you see here to 1 1 billion if we compare that evolution to the first quarter of 2013.
