Employee training and awareness raising on ethics and compliance rules

The Group Ethics and Compliance Department is rolling out preventive actions and training, and is providing tools for that purpose for all employees. It coordinates a network of professionals in the various entities and has a dedicated community on the Group’s intranet.

A Corruption Risk Prevention programme meeting the needs of inspection authorities was defined in mid-2016 for senior and middle management. The programme has been approved by recognised UN certification. There is also a “Corruption prevention” e-learning course available to all employees.
