In the current context of health crisis, EDF invites its registered shareholders who have not yet opted for e-convocation to do so before 2 April 2020.
You will thus be able to receive by email the convocation brochure for the next Shareholders’ Meeting of 7 May 2020, and express your rights by voting online via the Votaccess platform.

Enter your ID code, Access code and Password and click “Connection”
Click the “My profile” icon (top right) and then “My e-services”
Enter your e-mail address
Tick the box “I would like to subscribe to the electronic convocation service”
Don’t forget to submit by clicking “Validate”
Exercising your rights by Internet!
In the current health context, the Votaccess platform will allow you to participate remotely in the voting on resolutions or to give your proxy to the Chairman of the Shareholders' Meeting.
Communications are encrypted to ensure voting confidentiality.
When can I vote?
For the Shareholders' Meeting of 7 May 2020, the possibility of taking part by internet will be open from 10April2020 to 6May2020 at 15PM, Paris time.
How can I vote?
For your bearer shares: You can use Votaccess if your financial intermediary offers you this service. Log on to the "stock market" portal of your financial intermediary website and follow the instructions to access Votaccess. For your issuer-managed or bank-managed registered shares: Log on to the Planetshares website using the ID number and password that you normally use to view your account. Then click on the "Attend the Shareholders' Meeting" icon and follow the instructions.
