Carbon Neutrality: Horizon 2050

EDF’s Shareholder Relations are becoming increasingly digital
The Covid 19 health crisis in 2020 both confirmed and accelerated the digitisation of EDF’s Shareholder Relations. Even though the physical meetings proposed to members of the Shareholders’ Club and the Shareholder Meetings were postponed, the communication actions have continued and were enriched via the various digital communication channels. Retail Shareholders' meetings
To keep individual shareholders informed on the Group's strategy and results, but also shed light on local issues and answer any questions, EDF holds a series of meetings across France and sometimes also abroad.
Invitations are primarily issued to shareholders living in the regions hosting the meetings.

The Electric Days, a flagship event for the EDF Group, showcase the innovative energy solutions that will help create a CO2-neutral energy future, by combining the preservation of the planet with well-being and economic and regional development.
Electric Days 2020 reinvented itself by offering a live event, 100% online and sustainable. Both the general public and EDF’s various stakeholders were able to:
discover more than fifty innovations from the EDF Group and its partners in an experiential way thanks to innovative digital processes (augmented reality, real-time 3D, management simulations, scrolling, etc.);
follow live presentations with prestigious speakers and international experts;
participate in workshops to understand and actively contribute to tomorrow’s solutions, such as “La Fresque du Climat” (intended to help participants better understand the causes and challenges of climate change), “myCO2 by Carbone 4” (to calculate and optimise one’s individual carbon footprint).
