The transaction values 100 % of the scope of EDF Polska at c . 6 1 billion zlotys (c . 1 4 billion euros3), representing 4 9 billion zlotys (c . 1 1 billion euros (3)) after deduction of minority interests... This operation comes within the framework of EDF's CAP 2030 strategy and represents another major milestone in the assets disposal plan of at least 10 billion euros over the 2015- 2020 period.

The transaction has been carried out on the basis of a valuation amounting to c . 6 1 billion zlotys for 100 % of the perimeter of EDF Polska (c . 1 4 billion euros 3 ) 4. This transaction contributes to a reduction of EDF Group net indebtedness which amounts to 1 billion euros. This disposal is carried out within the 10 billion euros disposal programme to be implemented by the Group over the 2015- 2020 period, which is currently completed with c . 8 billion euros.

It represents a major development in the disposal plan of at least euros 10 billion target over the 2015- 2020 period, in line with its CAP 2030 strategy, of which c . euros 6 5 billion of transaction closed to date. The new shareholder agreement strengthens RTE's long-term investment strategy, which seeks to maximise the efficiency of transmission system infrastructure in support of the energy transition .
