Appointment of Mr Maurice Gourdault Montagne, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, as member of the EDF Board of Directors... At a meeting held on Wednesday 20 September 2017, chaired by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jean Bernard Lévy, the EDF Board of Directors voted to co- opt Mr. Maurice Gourdault Montagne, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, as director to replace outgoing director Mr. Christian Masset, for the latter remaining term of office, which is due to expire at the Ordinary General Meeting held to approve the accounts for the year ending 31 December 2018.
