EnerBee has invented a miniature generator that captures the energy from even the slightest movement and supply wireless appliances such as remote controls, watches, phones, etc.
A flick of the wrist, vibrations from walking, turning bicycle wheels all become energy sources. An economical, useful and ecological idea to supply connected objects that are becoming a part of our everyday lives. EnerBee's objective is to replace the 30 billion button cells sold every year.
"There are two ways of converting motion into energy: you can use an alternator, e.g. the dynamo on a bicycle, or the turbines in a hydroelectric power plant, which do not work with slow movements; or use piezoelectrics, used in particular in lighters. We've managed to produce a smart combination of these two technologies, keeping their respective advantages." EnerBee
