Description of the offer
As key member of the HRIS team and under the supervision of the it leader for HR, communication and legal applications, you will oversee and manage workday application (core HR, performance, compensation, learning, absence) from an it standpoint ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of HR technology solutions to support our HR processes and initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to identify and implement HRIS enhancements, streamline HR processes and drive data integrity across the HRIS. You will also serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology advancements and best practices, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. You will oversee and manage the internal and external stakeholders needed for maintenance or projects.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HRIS systems, integration, and project management. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading HRIS implementations and system enhancement and upgrades, ideally Workday related. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the IT roadmap for Workday, ensuring the effective utilization, simplification and optimal performance of HR technology solutions
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement HRIS enhancements that streamline HR processes and improve data integrity
Serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology advancements and best practices, keeping abreast of industry trends and recommending innovative solutions
Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on HRIS functionality, data analytics, and reporting capabilities
Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and data conversions
Develop and maintain HRIS data integrity standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes or data protection regulations
Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies or data quality issues
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HRIS
- trong technical knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, preferably in Workday (Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Absence)
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and data management best practices
- Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS implementations, integrations or system upgrades
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
