EDF : Supporting the disabled
On 18th February EDF brought out a film by Euro RSCG C&O to demonstrate its commitment to the cause of accessibility for the disabled. The film shows a world turned upside down in which the able bodied discover the difficulties of living in an environment designed for the disabled.
The film itself is available on this page, in broadband or narrowband, together with photos from the shooting carried out with disabled persons. These elements open up in a window above the page. The video requires a Flash 6 or higher level player.

- Customer advisers trained to assist disabled people.
- "Touch" versions of sales literature for the blind and the visually impaired.
- Remote conversational time sharing with a specially trained customer adviser available for the deaf and the hard of hearing.
- Recruitment by EDF of 390 disabled personnel over 3 years.
- Since 1992: partnership with the Fédération Française Handisport (French Federation for Sport for the Disabled).
